We are so excited to share these photos of this Fall Inspired shoot we styled at The Colony House in Anaheim. The deep reds were actually inspired by a popular Voluspa candle called Goji Torocco Orange – this is why we love the wedding industry! You can take one simple pattern, color or thing and turn it into something so beautiful!

The gorgeous bride started in a classic quarter sleeve lace gown. We accessorized her in a glam Nicky Teo headpiece and finished off the look with some of our vintage MelScout earrings. We had the groom wear the perfect shade of maroon in a Pocket Square Clothing skinny tie.

After the more traditional look, the bride and groom changed into more edgy attire. We thought of this as a fun second look for the reception of a black tie wedding! The bride was in a fashion forward black dress with lots of tulle and the groom was in a fitted tux with another one of our textured grey bowties. We also accessorized the bride in our black Desla Couture earrings (which also come in a crystal for the more traditional bride) a chunky vintage bracelet and our black tulle A.B. Ellie sash (also comes in any color!).

We are beyond excited to share the wedding of a close family friend, Vanessa, and her new hubby, Nathan! Vanessa came to us with a true vision of her dream veil. She wanted a custom cathedral length lace veil. She didn’t want thick lace to frame her face but she did want the lace to be thicker at the bottom of the veil. Of course, we did just that for her!

Vanessa 1Our wonderful veil designer, Jennifer Leigh Couture, created a thinner lace at the comb of the veil and the lace slowly became thicker throughout the veil. It was truly one of the most stunning veils we have seen! Vanessa called it her “dream veil” and suddenly became more excited about her veil than her dress – we LOVE these kinds of brides! Is she not one of the most beautiful brides you’ve ever seen?! Congrats Vanessa and Nathan!

We are thrilled to share these photos of one of the sweetest brides we have yet to meet, Van. Van came in during one of our Kash Crystals trunk shows and fell in love with the Thalia headband. She effortlessly paired it with our ombre Jennifer Leigh couture veil that fades from ivory to champagne in the most beautiful way! We checked on Van the following week to make sure she still loved her items and she realized she still needed a bracelet to polish off her look! We sent her tons of options and she fell in love with another Kash Crystals piece that matched perfectly with her headband and of course customized to fit her tiny wrist!

We are in love with the way her look turned out – classic and chic! Congratulations Van and Giancarlo! XO

Now that thanksgiving is over, we have Christmas and New Years right around the corner! This means work parties, family parties and more! How will you jazz up your holiday style? We are loving tulle, sparkle, leather and of course accessories! It is super easy to throw on a lot of black for the holidays so try to mix it up with a bold colored heel or a patterned sweater. This year, we are loving a belted tulle skirt with a cashmere sweater and finished off with a statement necklace. You can also never go wrong with a sophisticated and fitted pantsuit – so chic! Don’t forget to top off your look with a tossed curl and bold lip, you can’t go wrong there!

TC Tip: Don’t overdo it! Be sure to have no more than one statement throughout your look whether it be your makeup, purse, jewelry or heels!
